Refund policy

At Soboho, we believe clothes should feel easy, comfortable and effortless. Our pieces are designed in relaxed silhouettes and are available in three free-size options, allowing for an easy, comfortable fit across different body types. We therefore encourage you to refer to the size and measurement details provided on each product page before placing your order.

As our pieces are made in limited quantities and with a lot of care, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, fit preference or any other personal preference.

If there is a problem with your order

If your piece arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, is the wrong product, or materially differs from what was shown or described on our website, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@soboho.co.in, along with clear photographs or a video of the issue.

Once we review and verify the issue, we will arrange a resolution.

Where possible, we will send you a replacement of the same piece at no additional cost.

If the same piece is no longer available, we will offer you the option to choose another Soboho piece of equal value from the available collection.

For verified defects or errors on our part, Soboho will bear the applicable return shipping costs.

A few things to keep in mind

Please make sure the piece is unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact, when it is returned to us.

We cannot accept claims for damage caused by normal wear and tear, incorrect washing or care, alterations or damage caused after delivery.

We recommend checking your Soboho piece as soon as it arrives and getting in touch with us promptly if you notice anything that doesn't look right.
